Amend CSSB 1004 (house committee report) as follows:
(1) On page 14, line 17, strike "request" and substitute "require".
(2) On page 15, line 26, strike "include" and substitute "include, without limitation".
(3) On page 16, line 3, strike "and".
(4) On page 16, line 6, between "level" and the underlined period, insert the following:
