Amend CSSB 4 (house committee report) as follows:
(1) On page 8, line 23, between "that" and "has", insert ", pursuant to a lawful arrest,".
(2) On page 12, line 13, between "(1)" and "has", insert "pursuant to a lawful arrest,".
