Amend CSSB 4 (house committee printing) as follows:

(1)  On page 6, strike lines 1-20 and renumber the sections and references to those sections accordingly.

(2)  On page 12, strike lines 1-22 and renumber the ARTICLES and SECTIONS of the bill accordingly.
