The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.
Amend HB 62 (house committee report) on page 4, line 13, between "motor vehicle" and "unless" by inserting "on a public highway with a posted speed limit of 60 miles per hour or more".
