H.R. No. 76

	R E S O L U T I O N
	WHEREAS, William Aiden Skidmore-Farren has been named
	salutatorian of the Class of 2017 at Ascension Academy, and he
	indeed merits special recognition for receiving this significant
	honor; and
	WHEREAS, Earning the title of salutatorian requires not only
	intellect and aptitude but also four years of dedication to the
	highest academic standards; Mr. Skidmore-Farren demonstrated a
	thorough understanding of a wide range of subjects, and his
	attainment of this coveted distinction is the crowning achievement
	of a notable high school career; and
	WHEREAS, The son of Stacey Skidmore-Farren, Mr.
	Skidmore-Farren gained the opportunity to address his fellow
	seniors at commencement and to reflect on their shared history as
	well as their hopes and ambitions; and
	WHEREAS, During his years at Ascension Academy, William Aiden
	Skidmore-Farren earned the respect and admiration of both his
	teachers and classmates, and his exceptional scholastic ability and
	commitment to excellence have opened the way to a bright and
	promising future for this outstanding young Texan; now, therefore,
	be it
	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 85th Texas
	Legislature, 1st Called Session, hereby congratulate William Aiden
	Skidmore-Farren, salutatorian of the Class of 2017 at Ascension
	Academy, and extend to him sincere best wishes for continued
	success as he begins the next exciting chapter of his life; and, be
	it further
	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
	prepared for Mr. Skidmore-Farren as an expression of high regard by
	the Texas House of Representatives.
