Co-chair Senator Larry Taylor called the meeting to order at 10:07 AM. The following business was transacted:

Chairman Taylor and Chairman Deshotel shared presiding duties.

Chairman Taylor called invited testimony.

Witnesses testifying and registering on the bill are shown on the attached list.

Chairman Taylor called public testimony.

Witnesses testifying and registering on the bill are shown on the attached list.

Chairman Deshotel assumed the chair.

The chair moved that the public testimony be closed; without objection, it was so ordered.

There being no further business, at 2:24 PM Chairman Deshotel moved that the Committee stand adjourned subject to the call of the chairs. Without objection, it was so ordered.
