Pursuant to a notice posted on February 24, 2015, and permission granted on March 2, 2015, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Pensions met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Flynn, at 3:59 p.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Flynn; Alonzo; Hernandez; Klick; Paul; and Stephenson.

A quorum was present.

The chair laid out HB 766.

The chair recognized Representative Kuempel to explain HB 766.

Representative Paul offered a complete committee substitute.
