Pursuant to a notice posted on February 16, 2015, and permission granted on February 23, 2015, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Pensions met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Flynn, at 3:18 p.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Flynn; Alonzo; Hernandez; Paul; Rodriguez, Justin; and Stephenson.

A quorum was present.

At 5:49 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
