Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 20, 2015, and permission granted on April 20, 2015, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Calendars met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hunter, at 12:40 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Hunter; Lucio III; Alonzo; Cook; Davis, Sarah; Geren; Giddings; Harless; Huberty; Johnson; King, Ken; Larson; Riddle; and Rodriguez, Eddie.

The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

 

Ayes:                           Representatives Hunter; Lucio III; Alonzo; Cook; Davis, Sarah; Geren; Giddings; Harless; Huberty; Johnson; King, Ken; Larson; Riddle; Rodriguez, Eddie (14).

 

Nays:                           None (0).

 

Present, Not Voting:   None (0).

 

Absent:                        Representative Price (1).

 

Representative Rodriguez, Eddie moved to place the following measures: 

 

on the General State Calendar for Thursday, April 23, 2015:  HB 1583, HB 1607, HB 2557, HB 2559, HB 3014, HB 3227, HB 3442, HB 3522.

 

 

The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

The motion prevailed without objection.
