R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Felicity Bryant of Tascosa High School in Amarillo |
|
|
reached the pinnacle of high school wrestling success by capturing |
|
|
the Class 6A state title in the 138-pound weight division at the |
|
|
University Interscholastic League Wrestling State Tournament, held |
|
|
in Garland on February 20 and 21, 2015; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, In proving herself one of the finest high school |
|
|
wrestlers in the Lone Star State, Felicity Bryant has realized a |
|
|
well-deserved reward for her countless hours of hard work, and she |
|
|
may take justifiable pride in this significant accomplishment; now, |
|
|
therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby congratulate Felicity Bryant on becoming the |
|
|
2015 UIL Class 6A wrestling state champion in the 138-pound weight |
|
|
division and extend to her sincere best wishes for the future; and, |
|
|
be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Ms. Bryant as an expression of high regard by the Texas |
|
|
House of Representatives. |
