H.R. No. 3584

	R E S O L U T I O N
	WHEREAS, The members of the White Deer High School concert
	band distinguished themselves with their performance at the 2015
	University Interscholastic League State Wind Ensemble Festival in
	Austin on May 2; and
	WHEREAS, Ably led by their director, Jeff Witcher, the
	ensemble received high praise from a panel of prestigious judges,
	and Courtney Barrow, Hanna Brainard, Cheyenne Davis, and Allie
	Sandefur were recognized as outstanding soloists; and
	WHEREAS, Other talented musicians in the band include Marie
	Perez, Corette White, Maddie Chance, Mindy Fulton, Alex Zamora,
	Amber Sons, Emily Fulton, Bryanna Jackson, Hannah Koontz, Teal
	Forney, Carol Chesser, Taylor Patterson, Tori Barbour, Sarai
	Rodriguez, Chayslyn Ensey, Drayton Stover, Dustin Baumgardner,
	Branden Perry, Hunter Broom, Austin Odell, Holly Patterson, Glenn
	Sears, Shaun Cotton, Levi Chesser, Esperanza White, Christian Cook,
	Braden Barrow, and James McBee; and
	WHEREAS, With their fine showing at the State Wind Ensemble
	Festival, the members of the Buck Band have proudly represented
	White Deer High School, and the students may take justifiable pride
	in the skill and dedication they have demonstrated; now, therefore,
	be it
	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas
	Legislature hereby congratulate the White Deer High School concert
	band on its performance at the 2015 UIL State Wind Ensemble Festival
	and extend to the students and their director sincere best wishes
	for continued success; and, be it further
	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
	prepared for the band as an expression of high regard by the Texas
	House of Representatives.
