Pursuant to a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on May 15, 2013, a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on May 16, 2013, and permission granted on May 16, 2013, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Ways & Means met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hilderbran, at 3:05 p.m.
