On March 27, 2013, the House Committee on State Affairs authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on State Affairs held on March 6, 2013. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

 

Pursuant to a notice posted on March 1, 2013, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on March 4, 2013, the House Committee on State Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Cook, at 1:39 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Cook; Farrar; Frullo; Geren; Harless; Smithee; and Turner, Sylvester.

 

A quorum was present.
