Pursuant to a notice posted on February 13, 2013, and permission granted on February 18, 2013, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Pensions met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Callegari, at 10:05 a.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Callegari; Branch; Frullo; King, Phil; and Stephenson.

A quorum was present.

Representative Springer was also in attendance.

(Representative Gutierrez now present.)

At 11:49 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was recessed until upon final adjourn./recess or upon reading and referral of bills if permission is granted on the house floor.

The committee reconvened at 3:47 p.m., during the reading and referral of bills, and was called to order by the chair, Representative Callegari.

The quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Callegari; Frullo; Gutierrez; and King, Phil.

A quorum was present.

At 7:15 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
