Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 16, 2013 to consider SB 1612, SB 1635, and pending business, the House Committee on Natural Resources met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Ritter, at 12:22 p.m.

Representative Miller, Doug moved to reconsider the vote by which the measure was reported from committee.  The motion to reconsider prevailed without objection.

The chair laid out SB 320 as companion to HB 3891.

Representative Miller, Doug moved that SB 320, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed and be sent to the Committee on Local and Consent Calendars.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
