Pursuant to a notice posted on February 7, 2013, and permission granted on February 12, 2013, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Human Services met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Raymond, at 12:16 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Raymond; Fallon; Klick; Naishtat; Rose; Sanford; and Turner, Scott.

 

A quorum was present.
