Pursuant to a notice posted on April 10, 2013, and permission granted on April 15, 2013, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on International Trade & Intergovernmental Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Anchia, at 2:01 p.m.
