Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 22, 2013, and permission granted on April 22, 2013, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Agriculture & Livestock met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative King, Tracy O., at 4:56 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives King, Tracy O.; Anderson; González, Mary; Kacal; Kleinschmidt; Springer; and White.

 

A quorum was present.

 


 

The chair directed that the March 6, 2013 minutes for the House Committee on Agriculture & Livestock be corrected. The corrected minutes were authorized without objection.

The chair directed that the April 10, 2013 minutes for the House Committee on Agriculture & Livestock be corrected. The corrected minutes were authorized without objection.
