| WHEREAS, Senate Bill No. 346 has passed the Texas Senate and | ||
| is now in the Texas House of Representatives; and | ||
| WHEREAS, Further consideration of the bill by the senate is | ||
| necessary; now, therefore, be it | ||
| RESOLVED by the Texas Senate, the Texas House of | ||
| Representatives concurring, That the senate hereby respectfully | ||
| request that the Chief Clerk of the House of Representatives be | ||
| authorized to return Senate Bill No. 346 to the senate for further | ||
| consideration. | ||
