	SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
	WHEREAS, Senate Bill No. 346 has passed the Texas Senate and
	is now in the Texas House of Representatives; and
	WHEREAS, Further consideration of the bill by the senate is
	necessary; now, therefore, be it
	RESOLVED by the Texas Senate, the Texas House of
	Representatives concurring, That the senate hereby respectfully
	request that the Chief Clerk of the House of Representatives be
	authorized to return Senate Bill No. 346 to the senate for further
	consideration.
