The Senate Committee on International Relations and Trade will meet on Thursday, May 17, 2012, at 10:00 AM in room E1.016 of the Capitol Extension to consider organizational matters and testimony on the following interim charges:

Charge # 1: Analyze ways to promote economic development along the border, using existing programs and resources. Make recommendations for development of programs in collaboration with local businesses, institutions of higher education, and community leaders to target training and jobs programs to growing industries.

Those wishing to give public testimony, please limit prepared remarks to 3 minutes. If submitting written testimony, please provide 20 copies, with your name on each copy, to the Committee during the hearing.
