The Senate Committee on International Relations and Trade will meet at 10:00 AM on Monday, May 2, 2011, in room E1.016 of the Capitol Extension to consider pending business and take up and consider the following bills:

 

SB 1908       Lucio                  
Relating to the authority of a general-law municipality to annex territory receiving water and sewer services from a municipal utility district.

SB 1922       Lucio
Relating to the creation of the Port Isabel Improvement District No. 1; providing authority to impose a tax and issue bonds; granting a limited power of eminent domain.

Those submitting public testimony, please limit prepared remarks to 3 minutes, and if submitting written testimony please provide 20 copies with your name on each copy for the committee at the hearing.
