Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on
May 6, 2011 and with permission granted by the house on May 6, 2011 to meet
while the house was in session, the House Committee on Homeland Security &
Public Safety met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair,
Representative Miller, Sid, at 4:35 p.m.
The initial quorum call was answered as follows:
Representatives Miller, Sid; Fletcher; Beck; Burnam; Driver; Mallory Caraway;
and Walle.
A quorum was present.
HB 3324
The chair moved to reconsider the vote by which the
measure was reported from committee on April 27, 2011. The motion to reconsider prevailed without
objection.

substitute.
The committee substitute was adopted without
objection.
