Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on
April 13, 2011, the House Committee on Homeland Security & Public Safety
met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative
Miller, Sid, at 11:55 a.m.
The initial quorum call was answered as follows:

The chair laid out HB 584 as pending business.
The chair explained the measure.
Representative Fletcher moved that HB 584,
without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the
recommendation that it do pass and be printed.
