Pursuant to a notice posted on April 28, 2011,  and a suspension of the 5-day  posting rule on May 2, 2011, the House Committee on Pensions, Investments & Financial Services met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Truitt, at 8:03 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Truitt; Anderson, Charles "Doc"; Legler; Nash; and Orr.
