CORRECTED MINUTES

 

 

On April 14, 2011, the House Committee on Energy Resources authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Energy Resources held on April 6, 2011. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

 

Pursuant to a notice posted on April 1, 2011,  revised on April 1, 2011, the House Committee on Energy Resources met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Keffer, at 4:32 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Keffer; Carter; Craddick; Davis, John; Howard, Charlie; Lozano; and Sheffield.

 

A quorum was present.

The committee was given a presentation on the history and current events of fracking in Texas.
