Pursuant to a notice posted on February 25, 2011, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Article III met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hochberg, at 1:48 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Hochberg; Aycock; Crownover; Morrison; and Patrick, Diane.

 

A quorum was present.

 

(Representative Giddings now present.)

 

(Representative Villarreal now present.)

 

At 4:38 p.m., on the motion of Representative Hochberg and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
