SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 571
	WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas is pleased to
	recognize Alicia Erminia Pedraza on the occasion of her 16th
	birthday; and
	WHEREAS, A ninth grade student at J. Frank Dobie High
	School in Pasadena, Alicia will celebrate this milestone in her
	life on April 9, 2011; and
	WHEREAS, Alicia sings in the choir at her school, an
	activity she has enjoyed for several years; she is an avid fan of
	The University of Texas Longhorns and hopes to attend school
	there one day; and
	WHEREAS, Alicia is an exemplary young woman, and she is
	deserving of recognition for this important milestone in her
	life; now, therefore, be it
	RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 82nd
	Legislature, hereby congratulate Alicia Erminia Pedraza on her
	16th birthday and extend to her best wishes for a memorable
	celebration; and, be it further
	RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for
	her as a memento of this special occasion.
