The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.

Amend CSSB 653 on page 26, lines 16 after "year." Insert the following, "The department shall share the complaints received on the toll-free number with the OIG and the office of the ombudsman.".
