Relating to adoption of the Interstate Compact on Educational Opportunity for Military Children. SB 189 Shapleigh Relating to the extension of consumer credit to certain members of the Texas National Guard and armed forces of the United States and their dependents; providing a penalty. After the bills have been heard, the Texas Adjutant General and the Texas Military Preparedness Commission will brief the committee on various issues relating to the military in Texas.
