The Senate Committee on Transportation and Homeland Security will
convene at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston
to receive invited testimony from entities including:
- The Texas Department of Public Safety
- The Texas Department of Transportation
- The Intelligent Transportation Society of America
 
The Committee will hear invited and public testimony on these
interim study charges (full text at http://post.ly/RwLU):
 
Charge 1  (congestion and air quality)
Charge 8  (overweight vehicles)
Charge 12 (hurricanes)
 
The Committee may hear testimony on and discuss other issues
including, but not limited to, transportation finance,
traffic safety, and updates on agency activities.
 
Please limit oral public testimony to 3 minutes per witness.
Written testimony of any length is welcome. Please submit 15 copies,
with your name on each copy, to the Committee staff at the hearing.
