SB 1741 Carona Relating to emergency management. At the Chairman's discretion, the Committee may consider pending bills. Any unfinished business from the morning may be considered when the Committee reconvenes at 1:00 p.m. or upon the adjournment of the Senate, whichever is later. *** The Committee will meet in the afternoon to take up the following bills as new business: SB 11 Carona Relating to the investigation, prosecution, and punishment for certain gang-related and other offenses and to the civil consequences of engaging in certain activities of a criminal street gang; providing penalties.

SB 329 Carona Relating to the automatic suspension of the driver's license of a person convicted of certain organized crime offenses; providing penalties. SB 332 Carona Relating to the adjudication of certain gang-related delinquent conduct. SB 366 Carona Relating to the imposition of consecutive sentencing for offenses committed by a member of a criminal street gang. SB 367 Carona Relating to the prosecution of and punishment for certain criminal offenses involving the use of a false or fictitious identity or identifying documents. SB 369 Carona Relating to information contained in an intelligence database used to investigate and prosecute offenses committed by criminal street gangs. SB 371 Carona Relating to certain civil consequences of engaging in organized crime. SB 379 Carona Relating to an annual report by the Border Security Council regarding criminal street gangs and gang-related crime. SB 423 Carona Relating to the conditions of community supervision to be imposed on a defendant who is a member of a criminal street gang. At the Chairman's discretion, the Committee may consider pending bills.
