SB 1068 Wentworth Relating to allowing a governmental body to redact certain personal information under the public information law without the necessity of requesting a decision from the attorney general. SB 1630 Wentworth Relating to the availability of information under the public information law. SB 1858 West Relating to the disclosure of criminal history record information regarding public school employees. SB 2067 Davis, Wendy Relating to access to precinct conventions by the elderly and persons with physical disabilities. SB 2394 Gallegos Relating to criminal offenses applicable to gambling and gambling devices. SB 2505 Harris Relating to safety of children who participate in rodeos. SJR 29 Ogden Proposing a constitutional amendment requiring a candidate for public office to win by a margin of one percent of the votes cast at the election before the candidate is elected to that office. The committee will also consider the following pending bills: SB 18 Estes | et al. Relating to the use of eminent domain authority.

SJR 42 Duncan Proposing a constitutional amendment to prohibit the taking of property for certain economic development purposes. Public testimony will be limited to 3 minutes per person. Those wishing to provide written testimony must submit 20 copies, along with their witness card, to committee staff. At the chairman's discretion, the committee may consider any pending business.
