| The Senate Finance Committee will meet on July 21, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. in |

| room E1.036 of the Capitol Extension. The Committee will hear invited and |
|
| public testimony regarding the following interim charge: |
|
|
| Monitor the expenditure of federal American Resource and Recovery Act |
|
| funds. Review the extent to which federal stimulus funds affected each |
|
| agency's ability to meet or surpass its Performance Measure Targets. |
|
| Consider the effect that delays in federal approvals have had on funding |
|
| for public education and weatherization programs. |
|
|
| Those wishing to give public testimony, please limit prepared remarks to 3 |
|
| minutes. If submitting written testimony, please provide 25 copies, with |
|
| your name on each copy, to the Committee during the hearing. |
