The House Committee on Transportation will meet for a public hearing on
Friday, December 17, 2010 at 10:00 AM.  The Committee will receive invited
testimony on the following matters:
 
1.)The final report by the Texas Department of Transportation's
Restructuring Council relating to the review of recommendations contained
in several documents, including the Grant Thornton management and
organizational review.
 
2.) A pre-legislative session update from the Texas Department
of Transportation.
 
3.) Discussion on the recommendations for Metropolitan Planning
Organizations.
