Lois Kolkhorst The committee will meet to hear invited and public testimony on the following interim charge: Interim Charge #5:  Examine the need for and barriers to implementing routine HIV screenings as recommended in 2006 by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Assess the impact of implementation on HIV transmission, health outcomes, clinical progression, and mortality. The hearing will be in the auditorium, Room E.101, at the UTHSC School of Public Health, located at 1200 Hermann Pressler in the Texas Medical Center.
