Note that it is anticipated that the House will be in session until late
in the evening on May 13, 2009.  If so, the committee may be unable to
finish this agenda due to the lateness of the hour.
In order to hear from as many witnesses as possible, individual testimony
will be limited to THREE MINUTES.  Please keep this limitation in mind
