As a matter of pending business, the chair laid out HB 4456 in lieu of SB 2411.  Senator Patrick sent up a committee substitute and moved adoption; without objection, it was so ordered.  Senator Patrick moved that HB 4456 do not pass but that CSHB 4456 be reported back to the Senate with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion carried with a record vote of 5 ayes, 0 nay, 0 present not voting, and 2 absent.  Senator Patrick moved that the bill be recommended for placement on the Local & Uncontested Calendar; without objection, it was so ordered.       

 

Senator Ellis requested to be shown voting with the chair on HB 1003, HB 1425, HB 2031, HB 2086, HB 3005, HB 3147, HB 3226, HB 3481, HB 3649, HB 3671, HB 4464, HB 4541, and HB 4456.  These votes are not included in the minutes above but have been included in the committee report.
