Pursuant to a notice posted on August 26, 2010, the House Committee on Transportation met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Pickett, at 1:09 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Pickett; Callegari; Davis, Yvonne; Harper-Brown; McClendon; Smith, Todd; Smith, Wayne (7).

 

Absent:              Representatives Phillips; Dunnam; Guillen; Merritt (4).

 

A quorum was present.

At 4:24 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
