Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 1, 2009, and being granted permission to meet while the house is in session during reading and referral of bills, the House Committee on Pensions, Investments & Financial Services met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Truitt, at 3:57 p.m.

894, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that

it do pass and be printed. The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

committee substitute.  The committee substitute was adopted without objection.

substituted, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and

be printed. The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
