Pursuant to a notice posted on March 27, 2009, the House Committee on Pensions, Investments & Financial Services met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Truitt, at 8:09 a.m.

The chair laid out HB 80 as pending business.  Representative Flynn offered a complete committee substitute.   The chair recognized Representative Flynn to explain the measure.

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.
