Pursuant to a notice posted on August 4, 2010, the House Committee on Judiciary & Civil Jurisprudence met in a joint public hearing with the House Committee on Elections and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hunter, at 10:07 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:
