Pursuant to a notice posted on May 24, 2010, and revised on June 3, 2010, the House Committee on Elections met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Smith, Todd, at 10:12 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Smith, Todd; Allen; Anchia; Bohac; Harper-Brown; Heflin (6).

 

Absent:              Representatives Pena; Bonnen; Brown, Betty (3).

 

A quorum was present.

At 11:46 a.m., on the motion of Representative Bohac and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
