Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 18, 2009, and permission received to meet while the House is in session on May 18, 2009, the House Committee on Calendars met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative McCall, at 5:50 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

 

Ayes:                             Representatives McCall; Lucio III; Chavez; Coleman; Cook; Creighton; Geren; Keffer; Kolkhorst; McReynolds; Ritter; Solomons (12).

 

Nays:                             None (0).

 

Present, Not Voting:     None  (0).

 

Absent:                          Representative Kuempel  (1).

 

The Chair directed the clerk that the following information be included in the minutes:
