Amend CSSB 18 (Senate committee printing) in SECTION 14 of 
the bill in amended Section 21.101(b), Property Code as follows:
	(1)  At the end of Subdivision (5) (page 7, line 54), strike 
"or".    
	(2)  At the end of Subdivision (6), immediately following 
"acquired" (page 7, line 57), insert the following:

; or                                                                   
		(7)  for a governmental entity, the adoption by a 
majority of the entity's governing body at a public hearing of a 
development plan for a public use project that indicates that the 
entity will not complete more than one action described by 
Subdivisions (1)-(6) within 10 years of acquisition of the property
