Amend HB 3391 on third reading by adding the following 
appropriately numbered SECTION to the bill and renumbering 
subsequent SECTIONS accordingly:
	SECTION ____.  Section 62.014, Parks and Wildlife Code, is 
amended by adding Subsection (n) to read as follows:
	(n)  A person who is a member of the United States armed 
forces on active duty or an honorably discharged veteran of those 
forces is exempt from any requirement to complete a hunter 
education course under this section.
