Pursuant to a notice posted on May 28, 2008, the House Committee on Urban Affairs, Subcommittee on Housing, met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Menendez, at 10:10 a.m.

 

Present:            Representatives Menendez; Mallory Caraway (2).

 

Absent:            Representative Murphy (1).

 

A quorum was present.

At 12:15 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was recessed until 1:00 p.m., June 5, 2008.

 

The committee reconvened at 1:10 p.m. and was called to order by the chair, Representative Menendez. The roll was answered as follows:

Absent:               Representative Murphy (1).
