Pursuant to a notice posted on September 23, 2008, the House Committee on Culture, Recreation, & Tourism met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hilderbran, at 10:10 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Hilderbran; Homer; Phillips (3).

 

Absent:              Representatives Kuempel; Dukes; Howard, Donna; O'Day (4).

 

Testimony was taken.  (See attached witness list.)

 

At 2:05 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
