Pursuant to a notice posted on April 29, 2008, the House Committee on Law Enforcement, Subcommittee on Driver's License Review, met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Driver, at 1:06 p.m.

Absent:            Representative Frost (1).

 

A quorum was present.

 

The House Committee on Defense Affairs and State-Federal Relations, Subcommittee on Driver's License Review, was called to order by the acting chair, Representative Raymond.

 

Present:           Representatives Merritt; Raymond (2).

 

Absent:            Representatives Corte, Jr.; Escobar (2).

 

A quorum was not present.

 

The House Committee on Transportation, Subcommittee on Driver's License Review, was called to order by the chair, Representative Haggerty.

 

Present:           Representatives Haggerty; Harper-Brown (2).

 

Absent:            Representative Murphy (1).

 

A quorum was present.
