Pursuant to a notice posted on June 4, 2008, the House Committee on Property Tax Relief and Appraisal Reform, Select met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Otto, at 1:12 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

Absent:              Representatives Paxton; Flores; Gattis; Heflin; King, Tracy O. (5).

 

A quorum was present.
