Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 17, 2007, the House Committee on Natural Resources met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Puente, at 12:18 p.m.

The chair moved to reconsider the vote on SB 1833. The motion to reconsider prevailed without objection.
